Jolaine needed more wall space to display her collection of art, more
workspace for her sculptures and some floor space for her kiln.
Her solution was to build a new garage / studio on her property in
Deerpark California. She searched for a source of garage plans on
the internet but could not find a plan exactly fitting her image of
the building she wanted. Cad Northwest Custom Home Design

expectations at a very reasonable cost and in a reasonable time.
She was able to email pictures from magazines and sketches to describe
the desired look and style of the building she wanted. The result
of all efforts is a finished building that she uses to expand her craft.

Jolaine had experience in sculpture, painting, pottery and mixed media but
she had very little experience in building design. Tom Easton at
Cad Northwest was able to take the various pieces and varying forms
of input and feedback and turn them into a working plan that pleased
Jolaine. She managed all phases of the construction of the
building and the project was completed.
