Above this two car garage plan with a large garage area and a smaller separate shop area is a multipurpose attic space. A stairway from the shop is the access to the surprisingly spacious 504 S.F. bonus area on the second floor that is suitable for storage, a hobby or office area, or future living space. Six oversize windows in the left and rear wall allow plenty of light for visibility and ventilation for comfort to the shop and garage areas. The person door on the left side allows access to the shop and then through the large double doors to the garage. Large windows in each attic gable end wall provide bonus light, ventilation, and possible egress. We make modifications to all garage plans.
