One Car Garage Plans
One car garage plans are perfect for storing one vehicle for increased security and weather protection. They have one overhead door for vehicle access, one entry door for personal access, and at least one window for ample ambient light. We provide a number of sizes and styles of detached 1 car garages so that you will find at least one garage design that will fit your space and keep your stuff safe and dry.

Two Car Garage Plans
Two car garages are large enough to hold two vehicles, trailers, boats or one vehicle and workshop space or storage. Some have one over sized, overhead door and others have two single vehicle doors. Our garage designs have at least one entry door and at least one window for ambient light and ventilation. You will find many sizes and styles of 2 car garages available in our collection, including hip roof, gable roof, flat roof, barn or gambrel roof, single story, two story, and southwest or adobe style.

Three Car Garage Plans
Three car garages will store at least three vehicles, boats, or trailers or a combination of vehicles and shop space or garage storage. Each 3 car garage design has either three single vehicle overhead doors or one double door and one single door. Each has at least one entry door and one window for light and ventilation. They are available in many sizes and styles. Some have a second story for storage, bonus room, or apartment. We have a three car garage plan that will fit your needs or can be easily modified for a perfect garage storage solution.

Four Car Garage Plans
Four car garages have four stalls or bays to store four vehicles, boats, trailers or farm equipment. They have either four separate over head doors or two double doors for vehicle entry. 4 car garages have at least one entry door and at least one window. If you have collector cars, run a small farm, operate a small business, or just need a large building, one of our four car garages or workshop plans will serve your purpose.

Garage plans with apartment space
You may need a bonus room, a student apartment, a rental apartment, or a place for a family member to reside, as well as a building to store vehicles, equipment, collector cars, or a workshop. We have several garage floor plans with detailed apartment space or open space to be converted to an apartment later. These building plans are designed to many different styles. We have single story, two story, carriage house style, 1 car, 2 car, 3 car, and 4 car garages with apartment space.

Garage plans with loft space
Many of our attached or detached garage plans have a second story loft either for storage or living space. A loft is not a full second story but instead a partial space with attic or vaulted ceilings but plenty of space for boxes or a bonus room for entertainment. Garages with lofts have a stair to the loft for easy access. You may have limited space on your property so that building a garage with space above is an effective way to obtain the needed space and not increase the footprint of the building. Our garages with loft space are represented by many sizes and many styles.

Shop Plans
Our workshop plans or garage construction plans are used as shop plans by many customers and you can build a workshop from almost any of our blueprints. There is sufficient space in most of our designs to have a shop in one bay and an office in another bay. The overhead doors are optional and may be omitted when building the storage building. Many of our storage building plans have a tall ceiling that allows for a vehicle lift for storage or repair. Our workshop plans have ample flexibility to allow you to build the workshop of your dreams.

Carport Plans
You may need a place to store your vehicles, yard tools, or toys protected from the rain and weather but do not need it totally enclosed. An open or partially open carport is less expensive to build than an enclosed garage but will provide some protection. We have several carport floor plans that are perfect for that purpose. These building plans are designed to fit many different styles. We have single car, two car, with or without enclosed storage space.

Shed Plans
The best place to store your garden tools is a backyard storage shed. They are easy to build and will add value to your property. We have several styles and sizes available of tool shed plans. You may want a gambrel or barn style or a gable roof or flat roof. We have plans for styles of backyard sheds for use as gardening shop, hobbies, or a playhouse. You can choose an out building with slab floor or wood floor on piers or skids. Our shed plans will allow you to build a useful out of the weather, storage shed.
